My visit to this office was very pleasant, given that I am not a very good dental patient. I have a lot of anxiety when I visit any dentist, especially if a procedure is going to be performed. My interaction with the Doctor and his staff was absolutely first rate. I was made comfortable with the action to be performed and was kept informed all along the way. Pain was minimal and well managed. The procedure was done quickly and accurately with no concern on my part that anything being done was in any way not completely necessary. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone needing endodontic care.

Not happy to have had the appointment rescheduled a second time and with the second reschedule on the morning of the appointment. That call ideally should have begun with an apology for the short notice/recognition of inconvenience. Instead it was simply, Dr. needs to reschedule until I expressed frustration, at which point an apology was made.
