Meet Dr. Julia Vanzelli

Dr. Julia Vanzelli was raised along the Jersey Shore, where she developed a love for the outdoors and a strong sense of community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors from Villanova University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Rutgers University. During her time at Rutgers, she distinguished herself academically, earning multiple scholarships as well as the prestigious Eleanor J. Bushee Award from the American Association of Women Dentists.

Following dental school, Dr. Vanzelli completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Medical Campus in Manhattan, where she provided comprehensive dental care to military veterans. She then spent several years in private practice, further developing her clinical skills before pursuing advanced specialty training in endodontics at the University of Pittsburgh Advanced Education Program in Endodontics.

Dr. Vanzelli is committed to providing precise, compassionate care while making patient comfort a priority. She understands that dental treatment can feel overwhelming and strives to create a calm, reassuring experience where every patient feels heard and at ease. Her dedication to helping others also extends beyond the office through her volunteer work with Mission of Mercy, providing dental care to underserved communities.

Outside of the office, Dr. Vanzelli enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
